• Packages are generally dispatched the same day as receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal mail or Hermes. 
• Royal Mail usually delivers within 1 - 4 working days.
• Hermes usually delivers within 1 - 4 working days depending on selected service.
• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. 
• Free standard delivery (UK) Royal Mail without tracking and drop-off without signature is available on all orders of £10 or greater. EU orders over £10 benefit from half price standard delivery.
• Standard delivery on orders of £9.99 or less is charged at £1.50 (£4 EU).
• Parcels are large letter sized and will fit through regular mailboxes.
• Bsparkle reserve the right to change delivery terms without notice and accept no liability for delivery delays with Royal Mail or Hermes

RETURNS

• We have a no quibble return policy (for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings.)
• If you wish to return any of your items for any reason please advise us via the contact us page.
• You must return the items within 28 days in an unused condition in original packaging. Items Bought in December may be retuned up to 56 days after date of purchase.
• Return postage is charged at £1.20 if you are able to self print a return label (deducted from your refund). Alternatively you may self pay return fees at the Post office or using your preferred courier.
• If the return is due to an incorrect ring size - once your item is returned we will send another size free of charge.
